Thank you for your interest in renting my properties at Carillon Beach and Pinnacle Port Beach Resort. Below are the details concerning rental reservations and deposits. To make a reservation, 50% of the total rent amount plus applicable sales tax and a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. The balance of 50% plus a $200 Security Deposit is required at least 14 days prior to arrival.

If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount is due when the reservation is made.

Rental money received will be placed into a non-interest bearing account.

The $200 Security Deposit will be returned within 3 weeks of departure, providing there is no damage to the unit or contents therein.

Credit card, check, money order.

The 50% prepayment is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the arrival date for weekly rentals. For monthly rentals a 60 day notice is required. The 50% prepayment is NOT refundable if notice is given less than thirty (30) or sixty (60) days in advance. Your prepayment will be forfeited for 'no shows' and no refunds or credits will be issued for early departure or late arrival.

Both units are designated non-smoking. Smoking inside the units is prohibited.

No reservations will be made for vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult legal guardian or parent. Restrictions may apply to the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. If reservations are obtained under false pretenses, the guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately. The unused rent will be refunded but the security deposit will be forfeited.

The maximum occupancy in Twin Palms is 5 adults / persons. At the Downtown Carillon Condo the maximum occupancy is 6 adults / persons.

Check-In time is after 4 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Check-Out time is 11 AM CST. We request that all dishes be washed and all garbage removed. You will be charged for any excessive cleaning and washing. Units are stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, soap and detergent. In the event of late arrival, arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.
